Terms & Conditions of PT. Pigs And Waves

Welcome to PT. Pigs and Waves! By booking or participating in our feeding and swimming experiences with pigs, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not proceed with booking or participating in our services.

1 – General Information

PT. Pigs and Waves is a company located in Bali, Indonesia, offering unique experiences where customers can feed and swim with pigs in a safe and enjoyable environment

2 – Booking and Reservations

Booking Process: To participate in our feeding and swimming experiences, you must book a session through our website or other official booking channels. A booking is considered confirmed once we have processed your payment and sent you a confirmation email.
Payment: All bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation unless otherwise stated. We accept payment through our authorized payment processors.
Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your scheduled experience will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the experience are non-refundable. In the case of extreme weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, we may reschedule or provide a full refund.
No-Show Policy: If you fail to show up for your scheduled booking without prior notice, no refund or rescheduling will be provided.

3 – Age and Health Requirements

Age Restrictions: Participants of any age can participate in the feeding and swimming experience. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult during the activity.

Health and Safety: If you have any health concerns, medical conditions, or physical limitations, please consult your physician before booking. You must ensure that you are physically fit to participate in the activity. Pregnant women, individuals with heart conditions, or other serious medical conditions should not participate without prior approval from a healthcare professional.

4 – Behavior and Conduct

Respect for Animals: We expect all participants to treat the animals with respect and care. Any behavior that harms or disturbs the pigs, such as rough handling or feeding inappropriate food, is strictly prohibited.
Conduct During the Activity: All participants must follow the instructions of our staff at all times. Failure to follow instructions may result in the termination of your experience without a refund.
Alcohol and Drug Use: The consumption of alcohol or drugs is prohibited before or during the experience. Participants under the influence will not be allowed to join the activity and will forfeit their booking without refund.

5 – Health and Safety Policies

Liability Waiver: By participating in our activities, you acknowledge and accept that there are inherent risks associated with the feeding and swimming experience. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you acknowledge that you and all participants will be liable, and we will not be held accountable for any wrongdoing, accidents or risks involved with these activities.

Injuries: PT. Pigs and Waves is not responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur during the experience. You agree to participate at your own risk.

6 – Use of Photography and Media

Photographs and Videos: By participating in the activity, you grant PT. Pigs and Waves permission to take photographs and videos of you during the experience. These images and videos may be used for promotional purposes on our website, social media, and marketing materials. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member before the activity.
Personal Photography: You are welcome to take photographs and videos during the experience for personal use. However, please be mindful not to disrupt the animals or other participants.

7 – Force Majeure

We are not responsible for any delays, cancellations, or failures to provide services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather conditions, war, strikes, or government restrictions.

8 – Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9 – Modifications and Termination of Services

PT. Pigs and Waves reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, maintenance, or other reasons. We will provide as much notice as possible in case of any changes.

10 – Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including images, videos, logos, and text, is the intellectual property of PT. Pigs and Waves and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is prohibited.

11 – Limitation of Liability

PT. Pigs and Waves is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense arising from your participation in our activities, except where such loss, damage, injury, or expense is caused by our negligence or willful misconduct. We do not assume responsibility for lost personal items, injury, or other incidents that may occur during the experience.

12 – Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Bali, Indonesia.

13 – Changes to Terms and Conditions

PT. Pigs and Waves reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the revised terms will take effect immediately upon posting.
