Pigs and Waves Refund & Rescheduling Policy

At Pigs and Waves, we’re committed to creating a unique, unforgettable experience for every guest. While we know life can be unpredictable, our experiences require preparation and coordination to ensure the safety and enjoyment of both our guests and our animals. That’s why we’ve put together a clear, no-surprises policy for cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling.


Cancellations by Guests

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking:

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your scheduled experience:
    You are eligible for a full refund, no questions asked.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of your booking time:
    Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund. Last-minute cancellations make it difficult for us to rebook the slot and cover operational costs.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows:
    These are treated as a non-refundable cancellation.


Rescheduling Policy

  • Rescheduling is allowed only if requested more than 48 hours before your original booking time.
    We’ll do our best to accommodate your new preferred time and date based on availability.

  • Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of your booking:
    We are unable to make changes at this stage, and the booking will be considered final.


Late Arrivals

Please arrive On time for your scheduled experience time.

  • If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your session or cancel it altogether, depending on the day’s schedule.

  • Refunds are not available for missed or shortened sessions due to late arrival.


Weather & Safety Cancellations (Initiated by Pigs and Waves)

Your safety and the well-being of our animals are our top priorities. In cases of severe weather, unsafe ocean conditions, or other unforeseen operational issues, we may cancel your experience.

If Pigs and Waves cancels your booking:

  • You will receive a full refund, or

  • You may choose to reschedule at no additional charge, subject to availability

We’ll do our best to notify you as early as possible if we foresee any disruptions due to weather or other conditions. We are open Rain-or-Shine and will not be cancelled due to rain Days.
